PIKPOK CHILDREN’S PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: 8 Sep, 2025

Your Privacy is Important to Us!

Hi! We’re PikPok. We make fun games, and we want you to feel safe while playing.

This page explains what information we collect and how we use it, in words that are easy to understand for all of our young users!

A Note for Parents

This page is for kids. For full legal details, please read our full Privacy Policy.

What Info We Collect

When you play our games, we may collect info like your game name (not your real name), the level you’re on, the type of device you use (like tablet or phone), and the country you’re in.

We don’t collect your face, your voice, or your real name.

Why We Collect It

We collect this information to save your game, fix bugs, and make the game better for you!

We do not collect more than we need.

How We Keep It Safe

We lock your information away in secure systems, and obey your country’s laws. Only people who help run the game can see it.

Kids Protections

If you’re a child, or under age in your country, we may

  • Limit the content you see in game, to ensure that it’s safe for you.
  • Ask your parents or guardians to unlock a parental gate before the game continues to anywhere that might be unsafe.
  • Ask your parents or guardians for permission before we collect additional personal info. We use systems like “Kids Web Services” to check that we have that permission. Some parts of the game may not work unless we have permission.

Do We Share Your Info?

We don’t sell your information to other people. Sometimes we share it with partners who fix the game or count how many people play our games. They must keep your information safe too! We do not show personalised ads to kids.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information only as long as we need to run the game. Then we delete it.

Control your Personal Info

You or your parents or guardians can ask what we know about you, or ask us to delete your information at any time:

  • Go to the game Settings screen
  • Select “Support”, then “Privacy”
